Can someone please post some figures of how much CDs cost to produce? AFAIK there are quite a few sponsors, so perhaps including a 8 page installation instruction would be possible. OTOH, I am not really sure if printed instructions are worth the money. -- Martin Michlmayr [EMAIL PROTECTED]
