tpu is considered a last resort measure in case it's not possible to fix a package through unstable. Less testing (hmm) through tpu than through unstable is a part of the problem with pushing things this way rather than letting them flow in through unstable + unblocks. Oh, and please note the hard freeze we entered, too. Mraw, KiBi.
