Yes, SF uses whatever it thinks is latest. I always figured they'd pick the latest by date, but I too think they somehow sort by release name. Using the naming scheme you suggested will probably solve this one as well. > What issue does the 0.9.0 fixes? That is, each process can handle one or more separate instances of libdbi, initialize them separately and shut them down individually. This capability was requested by authors of programs which load storage modules at runtime. In this case, unloading a libdbi linked module would otherwise shut down libdbi support for other modules, or even for the main program as well. Also, we've added a few convenience functions to retrieve entries as integer or string values regardless of the underlying data type of the field. Besides, a boatload of minor issues was fixed. > FYI: I have send a version to the same FTP location: > > http://ftparchive.gplhost.com/pub/libdbi/ > I wish I had the time to test it, but I'm pretty much pressed these days. However, I've recently installed QEMU on one of my boxes. Are there any decent Debian or Ubuntu images out there? regards, Markus -- Markus Hoenicka http://www.mhoenicka.de AQ score 38 -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
