The following new rust libraries are needed:
🔴 └── jpeg2k v0.10.1
🔴     ├── openjp2 v0.6.1
🔴     │   └── sprintf v0.1.4

The loader is present upstream in 2.0~rc and will be enabled once those 
crates are packaged.
