(Off-topic: I consider it not fully wrong but unusual to see «Could not Load Image» in title case. My taste would be to simply write, «Could not show image due to its unknown format, “JPEG-2000 JP2 image (image/jp2).”» After all, those are two different pieces of information, since even if the image format is unknown, the program could still read the file at least partially, in a low-level sense LOAD it (but not necessarily show the image).)
