Package: fabric
Version: 2.6.0-4
Severity: wishlist

Hello,

The man page included with the fabric package is apparently not a part of upstream, so thanks for writing that up!

From what I can see though, it currently lists a bunch of options related to running tasks in parallel which has been competely removed from the 2.x branch.

From what I could find, the man page was already sent upstream for inclusion but it got 0 feedback in 4 years, so the PR was closed:

https://github.com/fabric/fabric/issues/35

So we would either be up for a refresh of the text for that man page or keeping with the above PR dropping it entirely. The current text is confusing since it's referring to options that are not there anymore and is probably lacking some others that were added in 2.x

Cheers!
