Have you already uploaded the changes found at https://salsa.debian.org/debian/google-authenticator-libpam/-/blob/c3732b6b776e5ebafde98d3e34dfa968e8adf065/debian/changelog ? There is a debian/1.11-0.1 git tag so I guess you tried to do it. However, please note that: $ dpkg --compare-versions 20191231-2.1 lt 1.11-0.1 ; echo $? 1 So I guess you would need an epoch (or any other way to workaround the date-based version of the current package).
