The 'wheezy' kernel has some backward compatibility code to support old AppArmor userland. This code will never be part of the upstream kernel and we don't want to keep supporting it. AppArmor userland must be updated to version 2.8 (I think), but this isn't yet in Debian. (AppArmor maintainers: we can add a versioned 'Breaks' to the kernel if this would be helpful.)
