Ok, I've done several changesm, added myself to Uploaders and I'm
preparing an upload right now.
As a separate package? Why not just build it from src:freebsd-utils?
Sounds like that'd make upgrades easier.
I believe we should have more source packages.
The src:freebsd-utils started as "essential" utils for GNU/kFreeBSD.
The freebsd-quota is really optional. It is much easier to update only
some utilities first and the rest later. In fact, standalone ufsutils
helped us with releasing our squeeze.
We can learn from xfree/xorg bloat and split.
