That's useful information, but it's not totally compelling on its own. You have to convince us that more people will benefit from adding Catalan than would lose out if we remove Polish. If the Polish translation is so outdated as to be useless, that's easy: removing it wouldn't harm anyone, so Catalan must be an advantage. I don't know if that's the case or not. Also, with Hungarian gone, Polish is the only remaining Eastern European language in the list (whereas Catalan would add yet another Western European one, of which we already have several). So from the point of view of geographic balance I would be a bit reluctant to make that particular change. Do you have statistics for the number of Catalan speakers who don't also speak one of the other supported languages?
