How, if at all do you (collectively) want this to interact with the regular bursaries process? I think registration will open pretty soon, so it would be potentially helpful to tell people as part of the instructions https://wafertest.debconf.org/bursaries that they can ask to have have their application routed to the diversity team by writing something in the "details" box.
