As a videoteam member for many years, I can tell that people taking care of camera and audio are the last ones to leave the rooms, and the first ones to come back, so only with this we spend about 30 min. And even if the food service is super efficient, it might still take 15 min to have a plate in front of you. And some people (me included) usually need more than 30 min to eat and feel ready to the next productive task. So 1h30 is a tight plan. When we were first discussing the schedule this year some members raised this issue, but they might not be following the discussion *now*. I understand the will to have a decision soon, but I don't think it was given enough time for people to react, between Maxy's message and tomorrow's meeting.
