Hey Maxy, Santiago, and the rest of your team: the schedule looks really good I think. It's impressive how you turned all the new stuff and special wishes into such a coherent and clear schema. Thank you!
Regarding the 90 Minute lunch/dinner slots: it's a good idea and it should probably suffice. But there is also no real reason why lunch/dinner can't already open 30 minutes beforehand, right? I think the youth hostel said something about needing 2 hours for this amount of people, but I am not entirely sure. It might make sense though — or to open it 15 minutes early and run 15 minutes late. Not everyone will want to attend all talks and this will help alleviate bottlenecks. > - I've placed the proposed brunch on Friday as a follow up of the > conference dinner, (this needs to be decided and communicated to > the hostel by the facilities team). Do we know the times for the > brunch? There is no facilities team, but I'll be happy to help with the hostel. I don't think we want to start too late because there are early risers, so maybe something like 9:30–12:30? would be good? Or asked differently: what would you like to have? Then I can see what the hostel says and try to arrange it. -- .''`. martin f. krafft <madd...@debconf.org> @martinkrafft : :' : DebConf orga team `. `'` `- DebConf15: Heidelberg, Germany: http://debconf15.debconf.org DebConf16: Cape Town: https://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf16
