Yes, I'm aware of that. I couldn't contact them anymore on friday, and the beginning of this week has been rather busy for me. I have been planning on calling them tomorrow (wednesday) to find out whether they would be an option. This will probably be too late to get a formal offer, but at the very least I should have some more information. > It doesn't need to be finalized, but I feel you should have at least > one viable option available. We have been looking into this. It turns out to be a bit late to be arrange for a tour of the various buildings and take pictures. However, their commercial folders that they have sent us do contain pictures, and we've made a selection from those. Obviously these won't be high-quality pictures, but they should be enough to help people get a feel for the venue and the other buildings. > >> 6) Both: Family accommodations: Will family-rooms be available? (It's not a > blocker in any case, just is a useful data point.) These three hotels are the three larger hotels in the immediate neighbourhood. However, they are not the only hotels in Mechelen; there are several more available. hotels.com, for instance, knows of 10, and I know of a few more that aren't listed there. There is only one hostel, and that's part of the bid. -- This end should point toward the ground if you want to go to space. If it starts pointing toward space you are having a bad problem and you will not go to space today. -- http://xkcd.com/1133/ _______________________________________________ Debconf-team mailing list Debconf-team@lists.debconf.org http://lists.debconf.org/mailman/listinfo/debconf-team
