To the best of my knowledge all participants (not only those who
requested sponsorship) where told via e-mail to update (and complete)
their data.  Not completely sure, but I think these reminders included a
dump of the data they entered.

I'm not sure about the deadlines, and if the deadlines was after the
committee started the rating process (but most members of the committee
did their ratings quite late anyway).  So I don't know, if there was
anyone rated before he updated his data.

But even if that was the case, it didn't cause any problem.  During the
meeting all cases where checked and discussed.  Had there been a valid
reason, ratings could have been adjusted at that point, but there was none.
