I am not sure either about what you are asking here exactly, but...

AFAI*U* (no prior experience), it should be easier in Plouzané or
Locmaria-Plouzané than in Brest. There are two "official camping car
spots" in Locmaria-Plouzané:

The latter is a nicer spot. If you want to combine campervan+bike, the
former may have a little bit easier access to the okeish bike lane (it
is what it is) to the venue. Mind the wind and some slopes. You've been
warned! :-)
