Only to… well, park. Not to sleep, the venue won’t tolerate it.

If you want to sleep in your vehicle, that’s fine in most public parking spots 
if you do not camp (i.e. if your vehicle is closed and you don’t put a table 
and a parasol outside).
Some places explicitly forbid it, but by default it’s okay.
You’d better go to a campsite to have access to electricity and water. It’s 
possible at the secondary place with the mobile homes, but it ain’t cheap
