Will it be possible to park a vehicle on the Debconf Campus?
I will be arriving from elsewhere in France in my campervan (a reasonably
small one), and if I can just park it on site that would be ideal.
Preferably a nice field, but a carpark works fine too :-)
Mapillary shows plenty of carparks and industrial-estate style roads but I
don't know how tightly controlled they are. It is France, so possibly not
very :-)
I see it has a thoroughly mediocre cycle-lane too :-)
Well, some of us will be (most probably — it is quite likely I'll be
travelling with my family, and that's the most adequate accomodation for
our situation) lodged at Camping du Goulet¹. Now, according to the link in
the "Accommodation" page of DebConf², we will stay in "mobile homes"³. That
is not what I would expect to be a mobile home, nor what I expect you to
drive! But I would expect a "Camping" to be able to provide a space for
your campervan.
