Hello,

given that we need to prepare our own travel, I’m reviewing the
information on the wiki again. Phil and I arrive at Zagreb by Train at
8:40. Of course we can go to the bus station take any of the busses to
Banja Luka; this is our default plan.

But now I see that there is also a train from Zagreb to Banja Luka
leaving at 8:53. Night trains tend to be late, so I don’t want to book
tickets for that train in advance. But in case our train arrives on time
or even a bit early, I might want to try catch it, as it is more
convenient than a bus. Can someone of the local people or maybe someone
from croatia tell me:

 - Is it possible to board the Zagreb → Banja Luka train without
reservation, and
 - is it possible to buy the tickets on the train, and if yes
 - is it possible to pay with Euros or credit card (13min will not be
enough to withdraw Croatian money from an ATM)?

Thanks,
Joachim
