Oh, I see it's mentioned at http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf11/Travel-Arriving#Official_transportation (I swear it wasn't earlier, ;-)) It would be useful to have some more concrete information since it would inform people's long-distance travel plans somewhat.
