That all depends on how you have things set up.
If user1 is a local user something like:
user [EMAIL PROTECTED],[EMAIL PROTECTED]
If the domains are virtual you may have to use the virtual file.
There's a number of possible permutations here since Postfix is so flexible.
Most of the Postfix mail routing files will take multiple recipients on
the right hand side.
If you wanted to provide your Postfix main.cf file to me directly I
could discern from that what you'd need to do in your particular instance.
If you use hased files make sure you run postmap on them before
reloading Postfix to activate the change.
(Technically I believe Postfix will notice most of the changes itself.)

The best place to do that would be in the Postfix aliases.
The MTA is usually your best choice for message routing.
