open a command window, lower left icon, click, type cmd <enter>
in that window:
"C.\Archivos de Programa\darktable" -d all
<enter>
let it continue until you no more output in the "command window"
copy the last several lines from the "command window" and provide them for
us to see.
this is the first step, there will be more.
