No pain here as I do not work with movies, but found it interesting. I cannot find dav1d in Ubuntu 19. I did find the libavif project in github; it does seem to be quite recent. -----Original Message----- From: Andreas Schneider <a...@cryptomilk.org> To: darktable-dev <darktable-dev@lists.darktable.org> Cc: Heiko Bauke <heiko.ba...@mail.de> Sent: Tue, Dec 31, 2019 7:40 am Subject: Re: [darktable-dev] Error at compile from current git master - libavif

For libavif you need dav1d and rav1e. dav1d is proably already available as Firefox uses it. rav1e is pretty new. Once that is available libavif can be packaged. My rav1e request for openSUSE is nearly through. For Fedora it takes a little longer as cargo-c just made it into the distro. ___________________________________________________________________________ darktable developer mailing list to unsubscribe send a mail to darktable-dev+unsubscr...@lists.darktable.org ___________________________________________________________________________ darktable developer mailing list to unsubscribe send a mail to darktable-dev+unsubscr...@lists.darktable.org
