I really don't find what strange. darktable 2.6 brings some new changes,
this one a lot more and some quite important. That just the point. This
part will stay as it is.

makes darktable 3.0 a more than major version, justifying the direct
transition from version 2.6.x to version 3.0.
What do you mean with renewal? It is normally used for subscriptions. My guess
would be that you meant innovation:

Not only for subscriptions... It's hard here to really have same sense
as in french (french word : renouveau). Innovation is quite strong here
I think. I changed for simply evolutions word. Thanks for your proposal
but I find it quite harder to read.

could be on it... or not. It's just a choice.
