INSIGHT NEWS ALERT! New stories from Insight on the News are now online.
http://www.insightmag.com/ ............................................... Folks, I hope your Thanksgiving was as pleasant and family-filled as was mine. It seems that while we were relaxing, the good people of Israel continued their excursion into the land of political incorrectness by re- electing Arial Sharon as head of the Likud Party. This paves the way for his probable re-election as Prime Minister in January. While people were voting, Palestinian terrorists attacked a polling station and killed six. Once again, I wonder how Americans would react if this kind of thing happened in Bethesda or Darien. Civil rights go hand-in-hand with safety and the right of a nation to exist. And as we consider cutting back on the rights of Americans, we need to consider just how great is the risk to our own country, and to our own personal security. It could be that al Qaeda will help answer this question at some future time. And while you’re considering this, please think about Michael Waller’s expose of the Radical Islamist lobby, as they spend their money in all the right political places. http://www.insightmag.com/news/333064.html And you’ll enjoy Jennifer Hickey’s further undoing of Al Gore. She points out exactly why he’s been saying those things of late. http://www.insightmag.com/news/334210.html These, along with our usual salient selection of sagacious articles below. That’s it for today. Until we meet again, I remain your newsman in the Bunker, from Washington. ...............................................
