there are some really cheap properties almost anywhere. i'd like to buy one! it seems so confusing. lets assume i have a downpayment already. the core part seems to be "making an offer" you have to make an offer to the owner of the property for paying for it. getting prequalified for a mortgage was mentioned somewhere. another really core part could be contacting a real estate agent. they could answer questions, help guide you along. and the third really core part is staying on the same task over multiple days (or even weeks). but maybe just trying it out, even if it gets dropped or disappears, could help build skill with it !
