Request for an urgent improvement for mknod manual

I want to propose a following proposal for the `mknod` manual:

Please urgently add a complete list ofall possible MAJOR and MINOR values.

Such information is hard to find without digging deep into the source files and 
not every one can do that (not every one is an developer).
