Because for dmg’s including the cli option doesn’t actually do anything. Which 
they should know before they don’t get a warning on the Application directory 
but do when they try something else. 
They should realize why, but maybe won’t understand the difference.

Again I’ve been assuming type dmg builds. For pkg it might be different. I 
haven’t done any of those.
