Processor<JSONObject, RuntimeException> simple = Processor.of(st-> new 
JSONObject(st.interpolate()));
Processor<String, RuntimeException> string = 
Processor.of(StringTemplate::interpolate);


vs.


SimpleProcessor<JSONObject> simple = Processor.of(st-> new 
JSONObject(st.interpolate()));
StringProcessor string = Processor.of(StringTemplate::interpolate);
