Intermittent is one thing, this is intermittent but you can set your watch by it. which makes it all that much odder, Drivers are up to date, as for the tools I'm about 99% certain its my system or my adapter that's the problem so there's no real need for them, I am not certain what Wireshark is however and I'll look into it.
