The community consensus aspect in respect of GTP is particularly cogent.
ie if developers are to send JSON that demonstrates core concepts of their application for visualisation on the web it would be helpful if at least some of these concepts had a common definition of sorts...
say for instance territory value pachi uses 3 significant figures per coordinate in a JSON array if iirc.
