Yes, that's a new commercial version of Crazy Stone, "Saikyo no Igo
2012" and will be released on 6th April from Unbalance.

In that page:

The winning rate of this new version against previous version ("Saikyo
no Igo 2011") is 78%, stronger about 1 stone.

The strongest setting is reaching 5 dan. #In Japanese rank, I believe.

"Crazy Stone" is a Go playing program, developed by a computer
scientist Rémi Coulom at Lille University in France. A pioneer of
Monte-Carlo Go and one of the top-runners.

This product uses the newest version and, in addition, has "analysis
window" feature, which is very useful for anaylizing and research of
games.

#Screen shot picture here.

- "Strong" and "Fast".

- A new feature, "Analysis Window".
In the window(s?), you can see an analysis of the dominant moves and the
candidate moves being generated by Crazy Stone in a game.
#The Japanese is something ambiguous. Perhaps, the same as well-known
Crazy Stone's anaysis (but with GUI).

#Screenshot of the window here.

- Beautiful graphics with an excellent usability.

#Screenshot of zoom-up in stones, etc.

- Rich features to go to extreames of the game of Go.
Start games with 51 builtin openings such as 2-stars, 3-stars in a
row, mukai-komoku and Shusaku style.
Restarting feature: When you have a doubt on a computer's move, you
can change the move and resume playing.
You can start games with manually set positions.

- Perfect basic functinality.
Possbile settings are: Three boardsizes, 9, 13 and 19. Handicap stones
from 0 to 9. Komi from -7.5 to 7.5.
# Nothing special.

Right side below the texts, there are two icons with three small
triangles. The left one is for the package (retail) version and the
right is for downloading one. Following the download link, you have
"Limited special price 7,800 yen in April". And after the agreement
of several license terms, you can download the executable binary
and install. Software-battery run-time is, however, requred to play
games.
