I have a small wish. Almost trivial: Add a way for a program to pass a
comment about itself, all the way from command-line to the cgos client to
cgos server to the web page that lists the results for that program.

That way, each program could pass a link to a page describing what makes that
program special, and how it works, and the parameters used, etc. If many
people used that, we could get a better feel about whom we win over, whom we
loose to, and how much do some parameters matter.

I have decided to put up such a page for my next experiments, if I ever get
far enough to have something playing on cgos, and would certainly pass the
link to that to cgos, if there was a good place to do so.
