PR12293-F2 - Fixed. Both the [English sink reference](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/blob/a02d87a6b18473e304e679a67127e9947ac80807/docs/en/connectors/sink/ADLSFile.md) and [Chinese counterpart](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/blob/a02d87a6b18473e304e679a67127e9947ac80807/docs/zh/connectors/sink/ADLSFile.md) explicitly require HNS for transactional commit and exactly-once semantics.
