Classification: F / Connector-V2 JDBC option-rule test scope. The failure is a test-scope mismatch, not a sink capability defect: `numeric_special_value_as_null` is documented and implemented as a PostgreSQL source read option, while the sink must continue to reject it. #12875 is the focused implementation lane for that exact correction, with an exclusion limited to the source-only key plus a regression that checks source acceptance and sink rejection. The proposed move to `JdbcSourceOptions` may be worth considering independently, but it changes the public constant's home and is broader than the CI-unblocking fix. Please do not fold it into #12875 or open a competing test-fix PR. First let #12875 land.
