### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `DashboardDataVO`, the root
dashboard payload combining stats and cluster overviews.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/ops/dashboard/DashboardDataVOTest.java`
- `builderDefaultsDescribeEmptyDashboard`: stats and clusters default to
null.
- `allArgsCarryDashboardData`: stats plus cluster rows round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=DashboardDataVOTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
