### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `RemoteAclPolicyVO`, the remote
ACL policy record with its nested group/entry sections.
### Changes

`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/instance/acl/RemoteAclPolicyVOTest.java`
- `exposesSubjectAndPolicyGroups`: subject, policy groups and nested
entries surface.
- `equalityFollowsRecordComponents`: record equality and hash behaviour.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=RemoteAclPolicyVOTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
