### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `PlainAccessConfigVO`, the
plain access account row returned by the ACL plain-config endpoint.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/instance/acl/PlainAccessConfigVOTest.java`
- `builderDefaultsDescribeEmptyAccount`: admin false, permission fields
null.
- `allArgsCarryAccountState`: keys, whitelist and permission entries
round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=PlainAccessConfigVOTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
