OK LVGL works on BL602 with ST7789 Display! We fixed a couple of GPIO and
SPI issues...
1. Fixed SPI Send on BL602:

1. Implemented SPI Cmd/Data on BL602:
https://github.com/lupyuen/incubator-nuttx/pull/44
1. BL602 uses SPI Mode 3 to talk to ST7789
