Then, you can't dictate that some individual (or company) should deal with it because you don't like it. This would even be true even if the whole community now has a different understanding and considers it an OS architecture problem: no one can dictate that someone is responsible for it because it didn't break any existing build or usage. This is an open-source project and we (talking as a PMC member) need to understand that contributors have a different set of priorities. Nope. This is against INVIOLABLES.md which I explained quite thoroughly in the earlier discussion about this topic. The INVIOLABLES.md is the most important "contract" in this project which every participant should adhere to, especially PMC. But this is not the subject of this issue so I'm done here.
