Addressed in the latest push: 1. Extended `EffectiveTagResolver.resolveWithSources` / `ObjectPolicyResolver.resolveMatches` to return matched policies with contributing metadata-object sources (existing `resolve()` / PolicyManager list shape unchanged). 2. Rewrote `NearestMaintenancePolicyResolver` to apply only nearest-level + same-level conflict rules on top of those matches. 3.
