Follow-up to my earlier review response: d99ba9504 adds the previously deferred schema cascade, topic, and view dispatcher fencing tests and an explicit DROP change-log assertion for the version-checked table delete. A fresh path comparison also found that the new versioned meta-service overloads bypassed the existing delete metrics; the annotation now sits on the shared implementation used by both old and new entry points. The targeted suites passed (112 tests across the three dispatcher classes and the H2/MySQL/PostgreSQL table meta-service tests).
