Yes, it can work because, in the line [601](https://github.com/apache/gravitino/blob/e9d8ee7bc05d3226c5f0ce0b492b2c207018ed73/build.gradle.kts#L601) of the root `build.gradle.kts`, the build task will copy all files under the path `bin` into `distribution/package/bin` and replace .template.
