Addressed the first review round in `b0e09ae835e`. Per finding: - 4367233851 (P3, BDBJE debug view of a retired journal record): fixed in `BdbjeJournalDataProcNode`, which now prints a record read without a payload as `null`, as `BDBTool` does. This covers op 500 and the retired PL/SQL and external-catalog operation types already on master; the op 500 tombstone itself is unchanged. New `BdbjeJournalDataProcNodeTest` (2 tests); `Legacy415LanceUpgradeTest` and `BDBDebuggerTest` still pass; fe-core checkstyle passes.
