Review Comment:
   Confirmed and still unresolved. The FE normalized map cannot see a distinct
child mount inherited only by the BE default-loading Configuration.
hdfsConfGetStr has no builder/filesystem instance or key enumeration and does
not prove the effective mount table. Disabling nested mounts alone misses
inherited regex/provider cases and changes valid remote behavior. No blanket
ViewFS rejection, provider override, or speculative JNI/SDK change is included
in this focused follow-up. This P1 remains open pending an actual-consumer
configuration solution; the PR description now records that limitation.

   Follow-up commit: 26b523ab135bf2e625b7ef526f7569bcf0bf0fad. 63 selected FE
tests passed with fresh XML, no failures/errors/skips and unchanged inputs;
targeted Checkstyle passed.
