Fixed in 9337b7c16c0. `$file_indexes` now runs the existing deferred catalog
query authorization on the FE before its catalog loader is removed, including
the existing branch-by-branch behavior.
`fileIndexesPreserveDeferredQueryAuthorization` exercises the actual
scan-properties path: the allowed query reaches the catalog, and a denied
`authTableQuery` fails instead of serializing a readable table.
Validation after rebase: FE Paimon 844 passed / 1 connectivity test skipped;
scanner 175 and native Paimon/JNI/Rust 144 passed. Cluster validation exercised
51 Paimon suites successfully (one additional opt-in resource stress suite was
skipped).
