Review Comment:
Yes — the SDK exposes it: each physical index segment's `Index.fragments()`
carries the covered fragment ids. Added a nullable `FragmentCount` BIGINT
column to `lance_index_entries` (aaf78dba5d), so one row now tells exactly how
many fragments its segment covers (e.g. 2 for the `vs_ivf_pq_f32` fixture, 1
for `nested_index`).

   Two semantics worth noting:
   - Legacy index metadata may not carry a fragment list; that surfaces as
NULL, never as 0, so unknown coverage can't be misread as an empty segment.
   - Not added to SHOW INDEX: its logical view keeps the MySQL-shaped fixed
columns and has no segment granularity — per-segment coverage belongs to this
physical inspection TVF.
