I have also fixed
[{{SecondaryIndexManagerTest#rebuildWithFailure}}|https://github.com/adelapena/cassandra/commit/3e82cd890f64bd75463568ee67d69a5003f6d935]
to wait until the index creation has finished before attempting the failing
rebuild. This test was slightly flaky, failing very rarely.
