well, it's incomplete at the moment, i haven't sewn it all up.    and besides 
that i'd have to get permission to share it, as it's "adobe" code.  i'm on 
sabbatical now so i'm not even really "here" too.

this was a requirement of ours, to have it actually be right aligned, that's 
why we needed a custom view

sure, just that i'm on vacation and will be for a long while.  and when i get 
back i don't know that this will be "a priority".  at least it's known that we 
want this.

actually our need is to have the ability to have an arbitrary *string* appear 
as the "shortcut".  we don't care about the actual key equivalent, since we 
already handle this internally (not using OS)
