Why would Apple care one way or another about the license of the source code used to build your app? The license is between you (the app developer) and the owner of the source code. Apple merely distributes your binary.
Sorry, I thought the context was iOS (and therefore distribution thru the AppStore).

In case of MacOSX, of course, you can distribute thru any other channel, and indeed, use dynamically loaded libraries bundled in the application package.
